Alex Ovechkin and Nicklas Backstrom took a victory lap at the NHL Awards Wednesday night.

The Capitals didn't net any trophies awarded by a voting a process, but they're probably quite fine with taking home the Stanley Cup and Prince of Wales Trophy (Eastern Conference champs). And Ovi can add his seventh Rocket Richard Trophy (top-goal scorer, 49) to his cabinet, to go alongside the Conn Smythe (playoff MVP).

Devils winger Taylor Hall took home the Hart Memorial Trophy, awarded to the player judged most valuable to his team. Ovi finished ninth in Hart voting, but received no first- or second-place votes.
