The NFL Draft means that football season has begun!

A new season, new players, and new hope, too. Anything can happen and it all begins tonight with the 2019 NFL Draft.

1. Arizona Cardinals - Kyler Murray, QB, Oklahoma

The Cardinals take a quarterback in the first round of the NFL Draft for the second year in a row with the Heisman Trophy winner. Though diminutive in stature there's no denying Murray has big-time talent.

2. San Francisco 49ers - Nick Bosa, DE, Ohio State

3. New York Jets - Quinnen Williams, DE, Alabama

The Jets attempted to trade this pick, but, reportedly, couldn't find a partner. And they get one of the top defensive linemen in a stacked draft class for linemen. The Redskins were rumored to be a possible partner.

4. Oakland Raiders - Clelin Ferrell, DE, Clemson

A surprise!

But a very talented player.

5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Devin White, LB, LSU

White caught the eye of 106.7 The Fan Redskins reporter Craig Hoffman at the NFL Combine

6. New York Giants - Daniel Jones, QB, Duke

The Redskins' NFC East rivals go with a quarterback and future replacement for Eli Manning.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars - Josh Allen, DE, Kentucky

8. Detroit Lion - T.J. Hockenson, TE, Iowa

Hockenson was another prospect who Hoffman had his eye on at the NFL Combine.

9. Buffalo Bills - Ed Oliver, DT, Houston

10. Pittsburgh Steelers -  Devin Bush, LB, Michigan (Traded up with from Denver Broncos)

The first trade of the first round took a while to arrive.

11. Cincinnati Bengals - Jonah Williams, OT, Alabama

The second player selected in the first round from one of the Redskins' favorite places to shop for talent: Tuscaloosa, Alabama.

12. Green Bay Packers - Rashan Gary, DE, Michigan

13. Miami Dolphins -  Christian Wilkins, DT, Clemson

14.  Atlanta Falcons - Chris Lindstrom, OG, Boston College

15. Washington Redskins - Dwayne Haskins, QB, Ohio State

The Redskins get their man in quarterback Dwayne Haskins and they didn't have to move.

16. Carolina Panthers - Brian Burns, DE, Florida State

17. New York Giants - Dexter Lawrence, DT, Clemson

18. Minnesota Vikings -Garret Bradbury, C, NC State

19. Tennessee Titans - Jeffrey Simmons, DT, Mississippi State
