How do you get your take on the radio? You make points like Long Island Tony.

On Grant & Danny Friday, Long Island Tony lit up Washington Redskins owner Daniel Snyder and team president Bruce Allen in a way only a guy from Long Island could.

"The bottom line is that, Shnyder... Snyder needs to be involved. OK. He wants to be involved in the major decisions," Tony began with a mispronunciation of the Redskins owner's surname. "When we're talking about re-signing Kirk Cousins to a long-term deal, and Dan and Bruce are sitting alone going, 'Nah. Not gonna do it.'"

"Those are the decisions that destroy this franchise. Those are the decisions why we take one step forward, two steps back. Two steps forward, three steps back," Tony said.

"Does Dan want to be accountable for his decisions? Absolutely not," he said.

Tony is right to point out Snyder, who hasn't spoken to the media in some time, is not available to the media like other NFL owners.

"Say what you want about Jerry Jones," Tony said. "Jerry Jones stands first and foremost in front of his fan base for bettah or for worse. He stands there and says, 'My bad. I'll take the heat on the Amari Cooper trade. It was me. I did it.' Dan Shnyder wants to make those decisions, but he needs a paid lackey to stand in front of him."
