Josh Norman wants atmosphere at FedEx Field.

He so much wants the Washington Redskins home crowd to sound like a home crowd he is buying tickets for fans who will deliver their voice.

"I’m on a Quest to find skins fans that want to get loud this weekend," Norman tweeted.

"Josh Norman said, the quote I loved was: 'I'm paying for your voice,'" Grant Paulsen said Friday on 106.7 The Fan. "He said, 'I'm paying for your volume.'"

Norman isn't alone in this, the newly acquired Ha Ha Clinton-Dix tweeted he was offering 100 tickets for first responders.

"I saw Zach Brown tweeting about giving tickets away, as well. I love it. I love it so much," Danny Rouhier said. "Here's what's easy: complaining. I do it everyday. Everybody complains. Here's what's harder to do something about what you think the problem is."

"So here's what Josh Norman did, put his money where his mouth was and he's putting an effort to fix the problem," Rouhier said.

But Rouhier offered another party which can do more to increase the home-field advantage at FedEx Field: the Washington Redskins.

"It shouldn't be on the players to spend their money," Rouhier said. "(The Washington Redskins organization) should be doing these sorts of things, and I think they will start to over the course of the years."
