An upset brewing in College Park?

In the first half against Ohio State, Maryland racked up over 300 yards of offense and rushed for three touchdowns.

It is safe to say nobody expected this kind of performance from the Terrapins, gashing the No. 10 ranked Buckeyes for 281 yards on 25 carries.

Terps running back Anthony McFarland opened the game with an 81-yard scamper down the left sideline for a touchdown.

After the score, Maryland recovered an onside kick, but fumbled on a tick play to start the drive. However, before the 1st quarter was over, McFarland ran for his second score of the game.

McFarland finished the first half with 11 carries for 231 yards and two touchdowns.

Javon Leake added a third touchdown with a 16-yard run, helping the Teprs build a 24-17 halftime lead.
