Washington Redskins safety D.J. Swearinger put Pro Football Focus on notice on Friday, tweeting at them to tune into his game if they've forgotten his greatness.

The exchange started with PFF tweeting out an infographic with the top-rated NFL safeties, with Swearinger at the top with a 90.0 overall grade. Green Bay's Ha Ha Clinton-Dix was second on the list with an 87.7 grade, and yet his photo was featured on the card:

Swearinger said he checks those ranking every week, particulalrly as he enjoys the sensation start to what should be a career year, and responded with: "Y’all DisRespectful! EveryBody That’s At The Top Get They Picture Up But Gu Right!? #Motivation Ima Make Y’all Feel Me!!"

On Sunday, he backed up the guarantee with another stellar performance, including two interceptions. After the game, he explained why he took such strong exception:

"Disrespected. Very disrespected," he said when asked if he was being recognized. "I watch that (PFF ranking) every week. And when they put the number one guy up, they put that picture (of Clinton-Dix) up. This is the first week they didn't put the number one's picture up. I felt like that was disrespect."

In the grand scheme of disrespect, this is relatively low. PFF already acknowledges that Swearinger is having the best season of every NFL safety. It's just a picture, right? Maybe not.

"I tweeted them and said to make sure that they watch this game today, because I wanted them to see that I am the best safety in this game and I'm doing it every week, week in and week out.

"They've just got to get mad at me."

And Monday morning, PFF made amends for the perceived slight.
