Jon Allen takes Marlon Mack to Suplex City

The NFL has taken extensive steps to protect players from head-on collisions. With a healthy Jonathan Allen on the field this year, they may have to think about "suplexes" as well.

Suplexes are a professional wrestling move, made popular in the current WWE stable by former NFL player and UFC fighter Brock Lesnar.

The key is wrapping up an opponent and throwing him backward over your shoulder. No matter how it is done (chest-to-chest, chest-to-back, etc.) it takes an immense degree of strength and skill.

Now, imagine doing it when your opponent is running in the opposite direction. Or, just watch Allen do it to Marlon Mack:

It's easy to see why the Redskins are excited about Allen, especially paired for his former Alabama teammate DaRon Payne at the point of attack:
