Do you want to hear a loud, collective sigh of relief? Turn up the volume on your computer.

In the run up to the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, the story around the Maryland Terrapins is that they couldn't win when it mattered.

Too young. Too much pressure. Prime for the upset.

Belmont gave the Terps everything they could handle, even having a chance to win it with a buzzer-beater. It was a huge defensive play that saved the day and allows the Terps to play on Saturday.

Any emotion left after the win came out in the locker room after the game, as coach Mark Turgeon entered the room:

More than just a tournament win, Thursday's victory could help the Terps overcome any mental blocks that remain.

They'll need it, taking on the athletically-gifted LSU team for a chance at the Sweet 16.

"They won the SEC, so they're probably pretty good," Turgeon said with a twinkle in his eye. "I'm so proud of my group. We gutted it out. Is my heart rate like when I'm sleeping? No. But I just love it. I just love it. It's so much fun."
