Report: Redskins open 2019 season on road against Eagles

The Redskins will open the 2019 NFL season on the road against the Eagles, according to Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer. 

The Week 1 game is set for a 1 p.m. kickoff on Sunday, September 8 at Lincoln Financial Field, per McLane.

Washington has lost four straight games against the Eagles, including an embarrassing 24-0 home defeat in the 2018 season finale.
