LISTEN: Why Chad Dukes will no longer be throwing out the first pitch

Brad Mills-USA TODAY Sports
Chad Dukes was excited to throw out the ceremonial first pitch in honor of "106.7 The Fan Night" at Nationals Park Wednesday night.
I should let you know that Chad "El Guapo" Dukes will be throwing out the first pitch for @1067theFan night at @Nationals Park on Wednesday. Hopefully, I'll do Rich Garces (my favorite baseball player of all time) proud up there. My body makes his look like Randy Johnson's, BTW. pic.twitter.com/bCGgcbgIIQ

Coincidentally enough, Wednesday's also "Swim Night" at the park, where five-time Olympic gold medalist Katie Ledecky is scheduled to appear, and swimmers of all ages are welcome to "take a breath at the end of the summer swim season and join us at Nationals Park for our dual meet against the Philadelphia Phillies."
Ledecky, it appears, is also scheduled to throw out the first pitch.
Wait. So Katie Ledecky and Chad Dukes are both throwing out the first pitch?
Not anymore.
*UPDATE* I am now NOT throwing out the first pitch. Not my call. You can’t make this sh*t up. pic.twitter.com/bFjIEWQlOh

I will address the entire issue at the top of my show. I will be completely open & candid regardless of this radio stations relationship with the team. Tune in. https://t.co/Ze7QNfafa9
