PHOTOS: Captain is the most adorable 'Hockey Halloween' pitchman

The Caps are inviting fans to dress up for 'Hockey Halloween' at Thursday's practice (Oct. 31). Now enjoy these adorable photos of Captain in all of his Halloween costumes!
Hockey Halloween begins at 10:30 a.m. at MedStar Capitals Iceplex – located at 627 N Glebe Rd. in Arlington – and costumed attendees will have a chance to win prizes, including game tickets and autographed items.
Halloween treats from Dunkin Donuts and Mars Candy will also be supplied.
And of course, Capitals mascot Slapshot and Captain will be in attendance, along with the entire Capitals roster (it's practice, duh). Captain is a service dog being trained by the Capitals through America's VetDogs. He will be with the team all season, working on skills including socialization and basic obedience. After which, Captain will go off to serve with a first responder or veteran.
All Caps practices are free and open to the public.
