Redskins running back Byron Marshall will reportedly miss two to four weeks after injuring his ankle in Thursday's preseason game against the Jets.

Marshall came out of the game after only two carries for one yard, and was evaluated for a lower-leg injury. Marshall underwent an MRI, coach Gruden says, reporting back that "everything's okay."

The Redskins have had some hard luck at running back already, last week losing second-round draft pick Derrius Guice for the season with a torn ACL. Guice is slated to undergo surgery on Friday. They also lost Samaje Perine on his first run of the night, which went for a 30-yard gain, with an apparent ankle injury.

That leaves the Redskins down to Chris Thompson, Rob Kelley, Kapri Bibbs and Martez Carter.
