The Redskins declined to tender wide receiver Maurice Harris and running back Robert Kelley, 106.7 The Fan's Craig Hoffman reports.

Both players were eligible to be restricted free agents and now become unrestricted free agents.

Harris is coming off his most productive season at age 26, catching 28 passes for 304 yards for the Redskins in 2018. Because of that, he already has interest from other teams, Mike Garafolo reports.

Kelley, 26, was limited to just two games in 2018, spending most of the season on Injured Reserve with a toe injury. He had both limited opportunity and production, rushing for eight yards and four carries in two games. Not since his rookie season in 2016 – when he rushed for 704 yards with six touchdowns on 168 carries – has Kelley put produced enough on the field to justify his roster spot.
