LISTEN: Redskins-Panthers game-winning call in Spanish

The Redskins' defense stymied Cam Newton and the Panthers' offense when it mattered most in Sunday's 23-17 win at FedEx Field.

Newton had the ball down inside the Redskins' 20-yard line with 38 seconds left in regulation and would need a touchdown to win it. To do that, he'd need a fresh set of downs, which he ultimately wouldn't get, because the Redskins' locked down defensively.

The pass rush surged toward Newton, forcing him to make a rushed throw with no open receivers, because Washington's secondary was doing its job too. Newton's pass to Jarius Wright fell incomplete and the game was effectively over.

Here's how that decisive play sounded in Spanish:

Here's the translation to English:

Romero: 38 seconds left for this game, fourth opportunity for the Carolina Panthers.

Linares: Listen, listen, listen to the Washington fans cheering on their defense. This is the play of the game, yes or yes? Washington is winning, but THIS is the important play. Here comes Newton with time... NEWTON... NO! NO! NO! NO! Not in my house! Not in my house is what Washington's defense is saying. Super important, crucial… Juan Romero, what did you see?
