Scott Brooks has made it clear he wants Otto Porter to be more aggressive on offense, jokingly asking reporters a few weeks ago to yell at the Wizards small forward when he isn't shooting enough.

The Junkies asked Washington's coach Tuesday morning how many shots he wants Porter to take per game. Brooks' answer was simple: "Unlimited."

"Whatever he wants, I'm good for," Brooks said during his weekly Junkies appearance, presented by Greenberg & Bederman. "Put it this way: if I ever complain Otto took too many shots — um, that's not gonna happen. He can never take enough shots for me."

Brooks has said previously he wants his team to shoot more threes, and that includes Porter. Through the first three games of the season, Porter is attempting 3.7 shots per game from beyond the arc, and attempted none in Washington's season-opening loss to Miami.

"Sometimes it's just the way the game's played out. Sometimes we don't run enough plays for him, there's some times we don't see him," Brooks told The Junkies. "But there's some times he's not playing aggressive, and we all want Otto to shoot more."

"Otto's a nice guy. Sometimes nice guys, you kind of just go out there and just play. No, he has to be aggressive and put his impact on the game ... Not selfish, just step up to the moment and put yourself in a position where you're gonna get an open shot."
